Response Timeframes

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond fully within 45 days. If more time is needed, we will notify you in writing and explain the reason for the delay, with a maximum extension of 45 additional days.

No Discrimination Policy

VAHU will not deny you access to our website, charge you different rates, provide a different level of service, or otherwise discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
